Information technology is playing an increasingly import role in the relationship between the organization and the customer. The objective of this site is to provide a link between the academic research in this area and the practical concerns of managers. For articles on this site, I hope to both highlight topics of interest in the popular press and highlight their relevevance to significant research in this area. I also hope to use this as a companion site to the “Interactive Marketing with Information Technology” class that I will be teaching during Spring 2009.
