About the Author

Jason Kuruzovich is an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at the Lally School of Management & Technology (www.lallyschool.rpi.edu), Rensselaer’s business school.  His research broadly investigates how information technology influences the relationship between the organization and the customer, integrating topical areas from information systems and marketing.  His work has been published in premier business journals including Information Systems Research and the Journal of Marketing.
